Small personal touches help to ensure you have everything for the perfect holiday.
Oak Vale is situated in the beautiful village of Braithwaite, just outside of Keswick. With two pubs in the village and a hotel and restaurant next door to the property, you are within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and bars within the village. There are also two cafes and a Village Shop. Explore the Northern Fells with great walking and mountain biking on your doorstep, as well as the Go Ape and visitor centre at Whinlatter. The bustling market town of Keswick is just 2 miles away, with its superb selection of shops, attractions, and Lake Derwentwater all within easy reach. Combine this with the magnificent surroundings of Lakes and mountains and here you have found the ideal location for your stay. The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the property, making is super easy to explore the area.
