Great location. Five minute walk to the beach. Across the street from Castillo de Luz and a great local park. It can be a little noisy but OK when the windows are closed. As we stayed in Jan-Feb this was not a problem for us, There is air conditioning which was fine at this time of year. The kitchen could be better equipped. It's well designed for a studio apartment. The sleeping area is quite separate.
