Chill out in the property's shared pool when you need a respite from the beach's heat. The private balcony with seating allows you to feel the Gulf winds from the comfort of your condo, but there's central air conditioning if the breeze isn't enough to keep you cool.

This condo also offers a foosball table, full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Three TVs and free WiFi keep you connected during your stay.

No party policy: Please be aware that this home maintains a strict no party policy. Our local South Padre Island team does monitor compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to be in violation of these rental policies, it will result in eviction without refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
