BE AWARE! I booked and paid in full for the apartment in these photographs and description and was placed in a much lower quality apartment with no explanation or refund in difference in price. Through many hours on the phone and VRBO chat there has been no resolution.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the accommodation provided corresponded to the reservation that was booked. No last-minute relocation took place, and the apartment assigned was the one included in the reservation details. Throughout your stay, our team remained available and in contact to assist with any questions or concerns. As no issues regarding the accommodation were reported to us during the stay, we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to address any concerns at the time. We take great pride in providing high-quality accommodations and service to our guests, and we are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction after departure. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
