Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte afin de solliciter le remboursement intégral de notre location à Deauville, celle-ci présentant de graves manquements en matière d’hygiène et d’entretien, incompatibles avec les standards attendus pour un logement proposé sur votre plateforme. À notre arrivée, nous avons effectué l’entrée de manière autonome, déposé nos affaires et souhaité prendre une douche après notre trajet. Dès l’utilisation des serviettes de toilette, nous avons constaté une odeur extrêmement forte et désagréable, mélange d’humidité et de chien mouillé. L’une d’elles présentait même un cheveu. L’état de propreté était tel que j’ai dû retourner sous la douche après m’être essuyée. Malheureusement, cette première impression s’est confirmée dans l’ensemble du logement : * Les plafonds de la cuisine sont couverts d’éclaboussures et de salissures. * Le sol était poussiéreux et sale, au point que nous avons dû le nettoyer nous-mêmes. * Les éléments de cuisine sont collants au toucher. * Les toilettes sont noircies à l’intérieur. * Le pommeau de douche est recouvert de moisissures. * Les parois vitrées de la douche sont opaques en raison d’une importante accumulation de calcaire. * Les draps, couettes et oreillers dégagent une odeur persistante et désagréable, rendant le sommeil difficile. * La terrasse extérieure contient de nombreux éclats de verre au sol, représentant un risque pour les occupants. * Les fenêtres et baies vitrées sont très sales et couvertes de traces. L’état général du logement démontre un manque manifeste d’entretien et de nettoyage. Il est inadmissible qu’un bien proposé à ce tarif soit livré dans de telles conditions, alors même que les frais de ménage sont inclus dans la réservation. Nous estimons que le logement ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité et de propreté annoncé lors de la réservation. Cette situation a fortement impacté notre séjour dès notre arrivée. Au regard de ces nombreux manquements, nous sollicitons le remboursement intégral de notre location. Nous disposons de photographies permettant d’attester de l’ensemble des problèmes constatés et sommes prêts à les transmettre dans le cadre de l’instruction de notre dossier.
