This cosy and modern house allows you to spend your vacation near the sea and the beach in the north of Mallorca. The little front porch has two garden chairs to spend romantic moments chatting and taking a cup of wine. On the back side, there is a terrace with a large parasol where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue outdoors. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The rooms have a fresh design, with soft colour furniture and large windows for a great luminosity. The living-dining room is perfect to spend time with your loved ones, watching satellite TV or enjoying dinners all together. The open kitchen has all you need to prepare simple dishes and it features a ceramic hob, a microwave and an oven among others. You will prepare the best breakfast with the coffee maker, the toaster and the juicer. The ground floor is completed with a bathtub bathroom. The house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, all of them on the first floor and all of them with a closet. You can choose between 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and one with a double bed. One of the two twin beds bedrooms has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another shower bathroom upstairs. We can prepare 2 cots and 2 high chairs on request. The house features ducted air-conditioning (only cold air). The sea, the beach and a great atmosphere are waiting for our guests in the town of Can Picafort. The fine sandy beach is several km long. In the area of Capellans you can taste a paella in the beach, listen to live music at any of the beach bars and spread your towel directly on the sand. If you enjoy walking, you can take a long walk along the sea shore up to Puerto de Alcudia (although this is a long one!). In Can Picafort there are restaurants of all kinds, cafes, shops and supermarkets. In a few words, all you need for an independent stay. The street market takes place every Friday and there you can acquire local and fresh fruits and vegetables, fashion and accessories, among many other things.
