Mountain getaway

Great house for a small group! The house is fantastic, with king beds in all rooms and a hot thumb on the river, this was perfect for our annual trip with friends!

A Perfect Getaway!

Four dear friends gathered here for our annual get together. This home is immaculate and so well cared for. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need. The view of the river is fantastic. A perfect place to unwind and make memories. This is my second stay here. Looking forward to returning!

Nice Getaway

This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Lots of room! Fully equipped kitchen. Nice grill. Big hot tub. The location is good too. Close to Leavenworth and Wenatchee. Only 1hour from Lake Chelan. We enjoyed staying there

Beautiful and serene

This is a place we will come back to. Spacious and incredibly comfortable for our family, close to many things to do…hiking, river rafting, strolling downtown Leavenworth, wine tasting…and most importantly, a wonderful deck with a beautiful view of the River for relaxing, reading a book, conversations…and a lawn for our toddler granddaughter to run around in. Perfect!

Quiet Retreat

This home was perfect for our family group. It has a huge deck, as pictured, and a beautiful view of the river. Having four king beds was a great benefit for our group of adults. The host also does a great job of stocking up on essentials-dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products, etc. And the hot tub was fantastic-a great way to end the day after the bustle of Leavenworth and also hiking. Would recommend hiking Hidden Lake Trail and Icicle Gorge, both only about 30-40 minutes away. For breakfast, I highly recommend the Big Y Cafe just a couple miles down the road in Peshastin. Icicle Ridge Winery is also close and worth the trip! Overall a five-star rating!

Holiday weekend fun

Had a great time at the property with my husband, 3 yo, and inlaws for the Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen and living room area are huge and made it easy for relaxing and cooking. We sat in the hot tub daily, went up to Stevens Pass to play in the snow, and enjoyed Leavenworth which was literally 5 mins away. The property is not directly on the river (as the photos appear) but being in winter we weren't going near it anyways so that was fine by us. Would recommens for large and small groups!

Magical at Christmas

This home is better than the photos. It is very spacious with large bedrooms that worked wonderfully for our daughter & son in law to work remotely. The WiFi was excellent. The kitchen is beautiful with a enormous island that was ideal for baking cookies and doing crafts with our granddaughter. There was snow on the ground and we built a snowman. It snowed one day and just created a magical view looking over the river to the mountain. We even spotted two bald eagles. The town of Leavenworth was charming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owner is lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We thank Reava for decorating the home for the holidays. It added to the Magic!

Great House and Location

Our group takes a trip to Leavenworth each year. We were happy to stay someplace close to town and enjoyed our time here. It does not take long to get to Safeway or into town at all which makes this property ideal. The property was beautiful and the house was very spacious. I understand now why the owner is adamant about no loud noise or parties at this location as you have neighbors all around. If you have a group of people who are loud, this is not the place for you. One of the things that was a tad frustrating was there were not enough trash bags for us to use as we were trying to clean up before we left and the amount of toilet paper left in the bathrooms left for a group of 8 was not really enough. Overall though we enjoyed our time here and would come back.

Beautiful home near Leavenworth. Quiet neighborhood, well insulated home, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub had an issue but host was very responsive and it resolved quickly. View of the river is amazing.

Clean big cozy house

It was a a great stay. House is beautiful, really clean. Lots of room for people to sleep comfortably. Had a really cool view of the river and just 8 mins away from Leavenworth! Enjoyed my stay!

Amazing

This property was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for 8 adults. 4 king beds was definite plus! I originally thought the distance to Leavenworth would be a bit much but it truly was about 7 min drive. Amazing kitchen with enormous island made for an easy gathering area adjacent to the living room. Seperation of the living areas to each end of the house made it easy for anyone to sneak away for a nap and not be bothered by the continued conversations or games. Beautiful views of the river and snow capped mountains. We were lucky enough to me staying during the lunar eclipse/blood moon and had a crisp clean view without a cloud in the sky. Great house, def recommend!

Beautiful Home

Our family took a weekend trip to Leavenworth for our 20 year anniversary. There was a total of 7 in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was clean and spacious. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had a very homey feel. We also enjoyed being just minutes from Leavenworth.

A perfect spot!

This was such an amazing place for us to have a vacation with some extended family. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of bathrooms, HUGE kitchen and dining table for family meals. Plus there were books and toys for the little kiddos and lots of extra roll aways and even a pack and play available so the room configuration was super customizable for our families. Loved the jacuzzi, the kids loved sitting in it in the mornings and evenings and watching the geese land in the river. So close to town and the grocery store but you still feel the magic of the surrounding nature and it’s so quiet. Will absolutely look into returning as a family!

Perfect spot for family!

We had a wonderful time relaxing on the porch and utilizing the huge common space for meals, games, puzzles, and watching football. The fenced in property provided much piece of mind with a toddler who is active and curious. The proximity to Leavenworth and other small towns was an extra bonus.

Great Property

What a perfect location and super great interior. Great kitchen with enormous island. Comfy bedrooms. Super spacious. Great deck and outdoor area. The property manager was super accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
