Annex 4 @ The Rocket Room Apartments is tucked away behind the commercial shops on Marygate. Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town's main amenities.
Internal: Open Plan Living Area Upon entering, you’re greeted by a hallway ideal for storing personal belongings, leading into the open-plan kitchen and living area. This spacious yet cosy room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a two-seater breakfast table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and an integrated fridge, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Bedroom one: Located through an internal door in the open-plan living area and has a double bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.
En-suite Bathroom: The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle.
Bedroom Two: By the entrance hallway, there is an internal door that leads into the second bedroom. This bedroom also features a double bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom.

External: There is an enclosed outdoor area which is shared with the neighbouring apartment.
Parking: Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5 minute walking distance.
Pet Rules: A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, however, they must be fully house-trained, well-behaved and must not be left unaccompanied in the house. Dogs must not go on furniture or beds. We do not accept dogs under 12 months old.

We happily welcome There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Please let us know before your stay if you would like it set up. Attractive property, well furnished with all necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay in the centre of town. Just off the main road in a walled enclave that provided a quiet, private space including some outdoor facilities.
