Excellent location for Fringe venues. Everything was in easy walking distance. The only downside was the long and winding stairs. It’s a very nice little flat on the whole.

In a great location, we were able to walk to many main tourist attracts including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace.Stairs are spiral and are a bit of a difficulty for older travelers or lots of luggage.

Only downside of the place to consider is that it is lovated in the 4th floor and there is no lift. As we had backpacks and were travelling light, and our group was mostly young, this was not a problem, but if you are coming with youngstersolder people,with heavy luggage, might be a problem.

Excellent location for tourist attractions
The apartment was spacious, very clean & bright. Modern decor & all amenities. It looks over the buzzing Royal Mile with shops, cafes & restaurants. The steps up to the apartment were a challenge & would only want to walk up once a day! The apartment warmed up quickly once arriving. Comfortable beds & plenty of towels.
The water pressure was really low so even brushing your teeth was a challenge. Also they could do with hooks to hang your clothes & towels in the bathroom & bedrooms. Leave an information pack with WiFi codes & maybe some recommendations of places to eat.
