HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Gorgeous 2, 3, and 4 bedroom two-story villas are attractively decorated and have open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, skylights, decks, and screened porches. On-site amenities include private pool, spa, bath house, and children's pool. Located near Arthur Hills golf course, Barrington and Windsor Place oceanfront villas. *Pool and spa heated seasonally. Please confirm dates with Island Getaway.

Upon entry you are greeted with a large bright living room with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, additional swivel chairs and a TV located above the decorative fireplace. The dining area has a large table for six and opens to the renovated kitchen. The kitchen features a large quartz countertop and bar seating for four. There is a powder room just off the kitchen. Enjoy the view of the Huntington community pool in your own backyard through the spacious screened-in porch.

The main bedroom is on the first floor and offers a king size bed, TV and view of the neighborhood pool. The private bathroom is fully renovated with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. The first has one twin and one queen bed with a TV. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second upstairs bedroom features a double bed and twin bed, with a TV. The bathroom has a walk in glass shower and double vanity.

A short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool makes this unit ideal for anyone who enjoys time on the island sun! Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

*Parking is limited to three parking spots. We are not able to order more than three parking passes per reservation.*

Amazing month stay

We loved our month at this property. Clean, updated, location was great. The pool was outside the screened in porch. The beach access was down the street. We were close to restaurants and stores too. We would definitely rent here again. Island Getaway responded to anything we needed immediately. It was a great vacation.

Nice, quiet property

Overall, the property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pool is great..right out back door. However, the hot tub was not hot for the last couple days of our stay. Also, the dryer in the property does not work…it runs but it does not dry. We were trying to dry towels and after 4 cycles, still not dry. The toaster also does not work. Other than this, nice place. Very quiet property.

This place is great. We had a great time. Except for not having any bath towels or wash cloths left for the unit the first day, everything was perfect. We had everything we needed in the villa and the location was great. We were steps from the pool and a short, easy walk to the beach. One maintenance issue is that the dishwasher seems to be tilted as if it has become detached from the cabinet. It worked fine, we just had to be careful when pulling out the top rack. The beds and showers were great. We loved the screened in porch and the decor was beach and laid back. We’d definitely come back.

We rented 7602 Huntington and my whole family was disappointed. The pictures looked like it was a pristine, big place but it was filthy, with bugs and spiders. Dirty floor and feces on the bathroom wall. We were appalled. Island Getaway's need to take this off the rental list and do a better job and surveying their rentals.

Love the roomy layout and private bathrooms. Not a fan of the couches (awkward, uncomfortable). So glad there was a crock pot, blender, and beach chairs already in the unit. Location to pool was awesome. Beach was pretty and not overly crowded. It is only a short walk away. Palmetto bugs and ants were a minor nuisance. Dryer takes 2 hours to dry a small load of towels (friends in two other units had same experience). We would return, overall.

Property was poorly prepared for rental. Eleven lightbulbs needed replacement, rear door knob was falling off, rear porch and furniture very dirty and unusable, shower head in third bedroom not functioning, only 3 wine glasses present, toaster outlived it’s life expectancy, insects in kitchen cabinets, gas leak in fireplace valve rendering it unusable. On a positive note, location was great, pool well maintained, and comfortable beds.

10th visit to Hilton Head. Stayed in Huntington complex before. Love the location! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo! First time in 10 visits we felt this way! Stained and dirty rug in the living room, living room furniture felt dirty. Many areas throughout the condo were not adequately cleaned! Air flow vents super dirty, HVAC system made loud noises! Door on screened on porch rotted on the bottom! On a positive note we loved the location. Unit size worked well for our family of seven.

Very disappointing! Unit was not clean! Refrigerator leaks! Now on Thursday we can't use the washer to wash our clothes. I had to wring out clothes in the washer by hand and dry them. Our family has been coming to HH for years and we booked this unit based on the description however we have been sorely disappointed!!
