The Den by Blake View holidays was converted from an old stables and is ideal for a family of four. It has a super king sized bed which can be split into 2 singles, an en-suite bathroom and a relaxing living room/dining area with a double sofa bed, plus a well equipped kitchen. There is a private patio area, along with a south facing paddock. There is plenty of wildlife in the gardens, a resident pheasant, red squirrels, rabbits and if your lucky you will see the family of deer that live here.
The space The Den is the end part of the stable and includes a large kitchen/living room where the double sofa bed and sleeping area will be for two guests, please note you do have to use the en-suite bathroom so would have to walk through the main bedroom, hence this facility being better suited to a family with children, as opposed to two couples. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge (with ice compartment), over, hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and kettle and toaster. The main bedroom has a superking sized bed which can be split into 2 singles. There is an en-suite with large shower attached to the main bedroom. There is a dedicated parking space and private outside area with seating plus use of the large shared paddock at the back.
Guest access The Den is solely occupied by the guests, the outside space is shared (drive and paddock) but there is a private outside area for the Den guests

Comfortable and well appointed accommodation with everything we needed and little extras too! Situated conveniently for trips into the mountains or visits to the coast. And, best of all, the excellent Ennerdale Brewery Tap and Bistrot is just a short walk away!
