Great Apartment

3 adults stayed in this lovely apartment but it could easily accommodate 5-6. Close to transportation and tourist areas. Caterina had a lot to great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a really lovely, authentic Venetian apartment ideally placed with restaurants and bars close by, but not noisy. There was a supermarket just five minutes walk with a small artisan market just a door away, along with a bakery and cafe, for morning croissants (cornetti). We found we could walk pretty much everywhere in Venice from the apartment in half an hour or less, with the exception of Castello. It made exploring the city really easy.The apartment itself had almost everything we needed, with a washing machine, airer, air conditioning in all main rooms, pots and pans, coffee pod machine, oven, hob, and some basics provided such as olive oil. It made it very easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. The whole apartment was very clean and well maintained.The host was amazing 10 out 10, she even gave information before we arrived on how to get to the property from the airport. On arrival she provided a map and suggested places we could go to, as well as a list of some favorite restaurants. She was just a message away if we needed her, and was also very accommodating of our need for a later checkout, plus we were able to leave our bags after checkout and fetch them later which was really helpful.There were useful books in the apartment including guide books, and also some family games to play. The TV has Netflix, and there was good free WiFi.We would absolutely recommend this apartment to families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable base for a Venetian stay.
