The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the Silverglades private development at Dalnabay, beneath the Cairngorm Mountains and just a 10 minutes’ walk to the village of Aviemore’s amenities and leisure facilities.
The owners of Dalmore have added lots of little extra touches like the new sunroom with wood buring stove a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a slow cooker in the kitchen. A 40” smart tv in the lounge, fibre broadband, free Sat TV and a modern style electric fire in the lounge.Outside has a secure shed for bike/ski storage.
The property has one double bedroom with a modern and stylish master en suite shower room with electric towel rail and underfloor heating. The second bedroom faces the back garden and is a cosy twin bedroom which is ideal for two children or another two adult guests. There is a modern and stylish family bathroom next to the twin bedroom with a shower over the bath, electric towel rail and underfloor heating. There is also a double sofa bed in the sunroom area for you to be able to sleep up to six guests.
The cosy sitting room has been furnished in a highland style with tartans curtains, cushions and fur throws and the added feature of a modern and contemporary. The new sunroom has a wood buring stove to snuggle up by in the winter evenings or open the patio door in the Summer and step out to the decked area for a BBQ and views of the Cairngorm mountains.
