Somewhere in Time is located in one of the most desirable locations of Gatlinburg, just 1 mile from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort & Amusement Park & only 2 miles to downtown Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, on the same road.

Somewhere in Time is an amazing original mountain chalet that has been updated & remodeled & overlooks a peaceful creek across the road from which soothing sounds can be heard around the clock. A log-style porch swing & a huge log rocker are for total relaxation on the covered front deck. If steps are an issue, please consider that, if not...the view of nature is wonderful from the deck.

The living room has a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space for kids, a 55" TV, a movie & book library, a ceiling fan & a remote-operated stone fireplace w/ electric logs to enjoy year-round, with heat for cozy mountain nights. Or without heat for a romantic ambiance. The open-floor plan kitchen/dining area allows for family gatherings & communication.

The kitchen has updated appliances w/4-burner range, microwave w/air fryer, dishwasher & refrigerator. There is plenty of cookware & dishes & a toaster, slow cooker, George Forman grill, blender, Keurig & regular coffee maker. Ample space to prepare meals right in the chalet & a large log-style table with seating for 6.

The main level bedroom has a log-style queen bed, a log bench, a chest, a 32" TV, ROKU, DVD player,2 ceiling fans & full-size washer & dryer in the laundry closet. A full bath with a tub/shower combo is just across the hall.

The upstairs private queen bedroom has a 48" TV & a large hall closet. The very spacious upstairs Jack n Jill hall bathroom allows privacy & is accessible from the bedroom or game room & has an oversized jetted tub & walk-in shower, & double-sink vanity.

The open-loft-game-room area has a checkerboard table and many board games & toys to keep the kids entertained.

A 4-person year-round hot tub with a privacy screen deck railing is located just outside the front door.

Your pets & kids will be safe on the deck with a wooden gate at the top of the steps. There is a charcoal grill & seating on the ground level for outside grilling.

As an added location bonus, there is a market/deli that sells groceries, delicious pizzas, burgers, beer & beverages that are just steps away from the chalet. Steps at the cabin driveway lead right into the Market's parking lot, so you will not even have to drive there & they also deliver.

It is glassed-in, holds 120 people, leaves & returns every 20 minutes, early until late, 7 days a week. Then, when you get tired, you can take one of the many FREE trollies that travel to other parts of the area, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Arts & Craft area & more, 365 days a year.

As my guests, you will have FREE & UNLIMITED access to all membership privileges at any of the 3 Chalet Village Owners Clubs OPEN 9 AM to 9 PM, MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY. (One club is only about a half mile from the chalet) & local area merchant discounts that are available to you with the provided guest passes in the chalet. Enjoy swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, & game rooms, all close to the cabin.

Chalet Village Owner's Clubs are private facilities established to offer many benefits exclusive to property owners & their vacation rental guests. Your provided pass will be hanging by the front door just inside the cabin to present when entering these facilities, and leave for the next guest. All facilities have snack & drink machines. You may also bring your food & drinks. Facilities are OPEN 9 AM to 9 PM FROM MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY. South Baden pool will remain open daily into September. Tennis courts are open all year.

All 3 Clubhouses are located conveniently & only a short distance from this property.
