About this property
Marina House: lovely coastal home. Cowes, IOW (sleeps up to six guests).
Marina House is ideally located for family holidays, crew lets or a shore base for one of the many sailing events held within the island’s chief sailing town of Cowes. The house is just a ten minute walk from Cowes High Street with its many pubs and restaurants and only a short distance from the marina and all the action. The house is easily reached by the Red Jet high speed passenger ferry service or the Red Funnel car ferry service (both from Southampton Town Quay). The house is situated on a quiet residential road with free on-street parking (no restrictions). I am an experienced superhost of six years (change of platform this year) with a great guestbook of happy customers.

Kitchen area: Gas oven, Induction hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer
Under the stairs: Washing Machine
First Floor:

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) beds.
Outside: South-West facing courtyard garden
Included: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, kitchen condiments, sundries (toilet paper, kitchen towel, kitchen cloths).
Please note:
Whilst the second floor bedroom (bedroom 3) has a separate staircase it does not have a door.

I bought this house eight years ago and this is now my sixth summer of hosting. I always knew I wanted to open up the house to guests and so it gives me great pleasure to welcome people into my home. My guestbook is a lovely reminder of all the happy memories people have made at Marina House and of how much they have enjoyed their holiday.
