Tucked away in the green forests of the Périgord Noir and just 10 km from the charming medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda, this cozy holiday home lies within the peaceful Domaine de Carsac. Surrounded by nature and only a short walk from the Dordogne River, the estate offers a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and open green spaces – perfect for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to unwind. The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby (free of charge and features 2 private parking spaces, several sunny terraces, and a beautifully maintained enclosed garden of around 300 m². Two bicycles and a barbecue are available for sunny afternoons in the garden.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and French doors opening onto the terraces. The adjoining open kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining table for six. The modern bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a lovely view, while the mezzanine above the kitchen hosts a double bed and a bunk bed – making it ideal for families with children.

The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including a smart TV, free WiFi, a Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, tennis rackets, and more. Guests have full access to the large illuminated swimming pool and the tennis court. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying the picturesque beauty of the Dordogne.
