Great ski condo

My son and I skied winter park for a week. This two bedroom condo was perfect for us. We ate all but one meal in the condo excluding lunches. We grilled each night on the outdoor George Foreman grill. The owner was very responsive to any communication. Condo was very clean and well maintained at a very fair price.

Well Equipped Kitchen/Nice Layout

For 2 unrelated people, this condo had a nice layout. We cooked all our own food and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Quiet applicances and nice size laundry washer & dryer. The location of the condo is uphill and not close enough to the ski shuttle bus for us to go to Winter Park. Plus, it snowed every day so it would have been difficult to negotiate in ski boots. We drove every day to the Mary Jane free parking lot which worked out fine.

What a great spot! It was perfect for my husband and I - we spent Thanksgiving week exploring the area, most places were open, many not until later in the day, we didn't mind we just stayed in the cozy space a little later. Would definitely select again.

Magical stay in the mountains!

Book this place, you will not regret it! Our stay in Fraser was wonderful. The place was clean, cozy, and has beautiful views! It’s quiet and off the main road which makes it even better. Lots of local places to grab dinner or a drink. We loved the brewery right down the lane and ended our nights there. It’s about an hour to two hour drive to RMNP depending on where you are wanting to go but the drive and views are absolutely worth it! I’m telling you, it’s magical! We would definitely book here again.

Conveniently located and comfortable. Only comment was on the second bedroom. When using the pull-out trundle bed for the 4th person in our group things were kind of cramped. Had to move some of the bedroom furniture into the living room but still had minimal floor space for luggage and walking around. This unit would be more comfortable for three people.

Winter Park ski trip

This condo was a great spot for our family of 4. Plenty of space for us, 2 bathrooms/showers and a great fireplace to warm up by.The shuttle to Winter Park stops just down the hill on Old Victory road. It’s only real disadvantage is proximity to town if you were looking to go out to restaurants easily. You’ll have to get in your car. We cooked all of our meals at the condo so wasn’t an issue for us. We’d definitely stay here again when back in Winter Park.

Stayed for a month. Well maintained, good location, nice view from balcony. kitchen well stocked, nice soaking tub. Less than a mile to Safeway & Fraser River Trail. Would stay again tomorrow. Couple of minor items which did not impact vacation. Stove light bulb out & washing machine smelled.

Great getaway location

We spent a week here on a working vacation. The place was just what we needed with great views and conveniently located. We could get to everything in Fraser and Winter Park in a couple minutes, but were far enough away from everything so it wasn’t crowded. They provided most of the essentials, so we didn’t have to pack or buy all of that for our stay. They were easy to work with and responded very quickly. The next time we visit this area we will definitely look at staying here again.

We loved the location. It is minutes from downtown Winter Park, skiing and hiking. We looked at many other properties but loved the craftsman architecture and incredible finishes this unit had to offer.
