Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Eala House. Located in a peaceful and private setting on the edge of Rahasane Turlough.
Wake up to the sound of birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful turlough.
This spacious modern home caters for large groups or families looking to relax, hang out and spend quality time together in a generous space.
The house is situated well off the main road so is perfect for families with kids as you can enjoy the peace of mind that are safe from traffic etc.
Also perfect for those without kids who just want to enjoy the peace and quiet but know that all amenities are just a short distance away.
Private and rural setting.Ideally located 25 minutes to Galway's city center where you can enjoy music, culture and nightlife. 20 minutes to the vibrant seaside village of Kinvara with beautiful cafes, restaurants and a local farmers market on a Friday which offers organic foods and crafts. Aran Islands, the Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and Connemara are just a short day trip away.
Living Room
The living room is bright and spacious(6m x 9m) with high ceilings... It has a large dining table which can comfortably seat 10 people. 3 couches and a large coffee table. A 55" TV and a bluetooth enable sound system... It is open plan to the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen is stylish and modern. It has a large island unit with 8 stools. It's well equipped to cater for large groups, including a high end bean to cup coffee machine..
Downstairs bathroom
The downstairs family bathroom is a large clean and stylish space.
Upstairs bathroom
A good sized shared bathroom is situated upstairs serving the 3 upstairs bedrooms
Master bedroom
A very large bedroom(8m x 5m).. Partially partitioned into 2 spaces.. One area containing a superking size bed. The other containing 2 double sofa beds, this space can be used as a lounge area or an extra space for sleeping. All bedrooms contain smart TVs.

Bedroom 2 is bright and spacious with a king-size bed
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Outside areas
The Living room bi-fold doors open onto a stylishly designed patio clad with Liscannor stone and bordered with a sandstone path. A stepping stone sandstone path leads down past the treehouse and on to a loughside patio. Enjoy stunning views of the Turlough, beautiful birds(eagles,swans etc) and sunsets. : )
A gate allows guests access to walk along the Turlough and enjoy the beautiful views it has to offer .
Rahasane Turlough is Europe's largest turlough covering 250 hectares when full. Due to the nature of a Turlough the water level rises and falls depending on the weather. Because of this you can enjoy the view of an ever changing landscape. During dryer spells the turlough is grazed by large herds of horses and cows and sheep which roam freely. It makes for a lovely walk and is very popular with bird watchers due to its variety of bird species including large flocks of beautiful swans. White-tailed eagles can be spotted on occasion..
