Oak Cottage, a single-storey home, consists of an open-plan living area including a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV, a DVD player, a collection of DVDs and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a double bed with both having TVs and DVD players. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Outside, there is a enclosed rear patio garden with furniture and a hot tub, plus designated off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Relax and rejuvenate at Oak Cottage. Note: Guests have access to the private fishing area, as well as access to any of the four lakes. 3 night minimum stay at this property.

In the village market place lies a statue of John Harrison, a famous clock-maker and inventor, surrounded by a selection of local shops, a convenience store, a butchers and a pub. The city of Lincoln is within an hours drive and offers numerous places of interest, including its impressive cathedral which has famously been seen in both The Da Vinci Code and coronation scenes in Young Victoria.
