The living room with the spectacular view of the ocean has a 40 inch Smart Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR with cable and sleeper sofa.New Smartcore flooring, coffe table, end tables, and chair.

The balcony has new Adirondack high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony rail for additional dining. The second floor gives you a much better view of beach.

New appliances in Kitchen and granite counter top. Updated cabinets in kitchen.Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floors and tile shower, new vanity and paint. The second bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floor, new vanity, new commode,new tub with tile to the ceiling.The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, 26 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD with cable, new Smartcore flooring, new curtains, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath.

Look no further for your next rental in Windy Hill ... Well maintained and stocked. Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Covered parking available. Overall this was a great experience. The host was extremely communicative as the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was plenty spacious for us and packed with everything we could have needed. The property was lovely. The location was so convenient for my family. The beach was amazing and close to all the amenities of Myrtle Beach. Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. Kitchen was very well stocked with a good many baking dishes and pans; washer and dryer are full-sized and do a great job (better than ours at home!), each bathroom had handsoap and a hair dryer! The view was just as the pictures show. There were several beach chairs, what looked like a cooler we didn't use, and some beach toys, etc., also didn't use.My autistic grandson was in this group staying (6 people) and seemed to love being in the bathtub with the sliding door!

Ideal location and property for friends or family of 4. Condo had all the needs including beach items. The most important thing for us was the view and it was perfect. Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful, restful, and once down the stairs you are ‘on the beach’!

Quiet Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location close to Barefoot Landing. It was a small building and very quiet, which we enjoyed. The ocean view from the unit was gorgeous. The unit was very updated and clean. It was small, cozy, and very comfortable. I loved the newer appliances and the full-size washer and dryer. We would stay there again because of the ocean view, cute decor, and the very reasonable price.

My wife Barbara and I have 3 children, son Tyler--daughter Ashley (Matt) and son Andrew (Abby). We have three grandchildren, Hunter 10, Colton 7, Fisher 3, and Reagan 6 months. We live in Mount Airy N.C. ( Mayberry -- Andy Griffith's home town ) We enjoy trips to the North Myrtle Beach 2 or 3 times a year. I have 2 careers, automotive sales at a GM and Subaru dealership in Mount Airy NC and I am also a insurance agent licensed in NC, SC, and Virginia.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

What makes this property unique

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
