Air conditioner didn't work. I wrote a message to the host, no response. Nobody send me Wi fi pass. The apartment is very hot in summer. The staircase is very steep, it is actually on the second floor.

Air conditioner was never listed in the listing and was accurate. You simply didn't read properly. It was communicated in thr listing that AC is not working. Also how difficult is it to reach out to us to show you how to get the wifi password? The password is on the back of the modem.you couldn't simply looked on the modem to retrieve if. Our unit is also a private unit up 1 floor, not two floors. If you had issues with our unit, why did you decide to remain there? We could've helped you find another suitable place to stay in.

Divers problèmes d'entretien dans l'appartement. Climatisation en panne, supports dans la salle de bain cassés. Fauteuils de la terrasse en mauvais état. Sinon appartement situé dans une petite rue, sans stationnement, mais très calme. Équipements corrects.
