Disliked: Check-in, communication
Prior to getting to the property the communication with the host was poor and quite stressful. I had to chase to pay for the property and chase for keybox access code. As we were catching a ferry from the UK things felt a bit uncertain as I received no communication from the host until I chased through Vrbo helpline. The Vrbo helpline operatives were amazingly helpful and caring so thank you to them for the support. However, once we reached the accomodation it was in a beautiful location and a lovely place to stay. A few more mugs would have been useful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay, the beds were incredibly comfortable and amenities were good.I
