Character house in beautiful position near village but with lots of local walks from the door

High location with excellent views over the sea and village. Village had shops, pubs and beach Lots of local walks, bus available back to village from Cremyll ferry No real need to use the car if you get shopping on the way Welcome with local biscuits and apple juice was lovely Very clean property with lots of character

Stunning

We had a lovely week at Penley Villa. The view from the enclosed terrace and patio is stunning and the town beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. The place is even better than the pictures suggest. The house is clean, has very comfortable beds and was was more than lare enough for 9 of us. The host had also left us a large hamper with lots of goodies. Just a couple of things to note, the house is on a steep hill and parking in the reserved spot is tricky

Penley Villa

Expansive views across Cawsand Bay, and the long conservatory is ideal for all-weather ship watching. The range master oven does not hold the heat, everything took a long time to cook. We wondered if the insulating seal needs replacing?
