The rental unit itself was satisfactory, in that it provided shelter, but was overall unnecessarily dysfunctional. The spaciously designed unit offers a "wow"-factor upon entry, but when one begins to interact with the space, the experience quickly deteriorates. The unit's two large beds appear inviting, but that is the extent of their positive qualities. The King bed on the main floor offers little comfort, as if it is made from the material of a twin bed that has been distributed across the vast surface area of a California King. If you can manage to fall asleep wrapped in the low-threadcount sheets of the upstairs suite, you will certainly be awoken in the wee hours of the night by various traffic noise through the uncloseable road-facing window.Each morning, we awoke to inexplicable temperatures, as the climate control system seemed programmed to siphon the heat from the main floor and funnel it to superheat the upstairs suite.We were just sleep-deprived enough to brew what must have been ancient coffee grounds that were provided in the kitchen.The doors were surprisingly lacking. Specifically, in proper latching mechanisms. Though each door ultimately meet its frame, the mechanisms never quite fully latch, leaving every door in the home mildly ajar.We were devastated to find that the hot tub was CLOSED for the season, as it was a key factor in booking this unit, which was neither noted in the listing's description, nor the welcome messages from the host.

My only response to this review it to please read our other reviews. To put into context, this property has had 89 reviews and has a 9.8 cumulative rating. We did not hear from this guest one time during her stay and are surprised at such a review that we have never had before. As hosts, we try to make all of our guests happy and try to accommodate all needs, and we emphasize to guests to PLEASE reach out to us with any requests.

Lovely home

This property was very clean. Decor was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. We were there for the Colorado sparkler softball tournament. Will definitely stay here again next year if it’s available
