Your holiday in Mi Naranjo Mediterranean villa

Mi Naranjo is a rustic villa with a large plot of 1,000m2, in which you can relax and enjoy great sunsets and the Mediterranean breeze.

Air conditioning hot/cold available in most rooms (included in the price). Heated pool from October 2019 (with extra cost). Living room with satellite TV. Two kitchens exist, one inside and another outside the house together with a BBQ. Access to swimming pool, garden with different corners to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine during the sunset.

Heating the pool is offered with extra cost. This consists in increasing the temperature of the water of the pool, although it would not be available in very cold conditions. If temperature outside is 15-20 degrees celsius, the water can be heated up to 27. If the temperature is very cold (for example below 13 degrees) this will not be possible. Please consult conditions before reserving this service.

The villa is located in Orihuela Costa, in the Castillo de Don Juan, a very quiet but well placed area. We are 3.4 km from the beaches of Campoamor, La Zenia and Cabo Roig; 1.4 km from Real Club de Golf Campoamor and 4.1 km from Villamartin Golf Club; 3.3 km from Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center; 13.5 km from Torrevieja and 14 km from San Pedro del Pinatar. Murcia-San Javier airport is 24 km away, while Alicante airport is 65 km away. The Chalet is a 9 minute walk from a large supermarket, and very close to multiple restaurants serving national and international cuisine and cafes. Free public outdoor parking on the outskirts of the house.
Having a car is highly recommended to easily move around the area. Anyway there is a bus stop 3 minutes walking from the house going to main places, which runs every 45 minutes.

We have just had a family holiday for a week and enjoyed every minute. There was 14 of us from age 3 to 75. The Villa was really nice with lots of outdoor space and amenities. Bars and restaurants easily accessible. As a family we made so many memories. We were a little disappointed not to meet David the host as he was away but as we have been coming to this area for 21 years we are well familiar with the area but felt an information booklet would be handy for those who don’t. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for large groups

This is an excellent villa for a multi family group or 8 golfers as we were. The location was perfect for us and the villa is well equipped - we made great use of the outside kitchen. David was very helpful and we would return if we want a similar holiday next year.

Fantastic property for groups or a large family

We've just come back from a 9 night stay at this villa. There were 4 adults and 5 children, ranging from 2 to 9. I can't recommend this property enough. It's completely secure so you know even the little children are safe, and very spacious (the kids even had space to play football). We didn't hire a car as we wanted to just relax, and many places were easily accessible by foot. It's a 10 min walk to the Aldi, although this was moving so I would check where to. There were a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, but to be honest we didn't want to leave the villa anyway! The pool is fantastic, 1 metre at one end up to 2 in the deep. The owners have obviously invested quite a lot of money in the grounds, the tiled floor was non-slip which was great for the kids running around with wet feet, and the little playground area gave them something different to do. The outside kitchen is amazing, we cooked paella and fish stew there, and it meant that someone wasn't stuck in a kitchen inside while everyone else was having fun outside. There's also a massive bbq, a fridge, sink and even a dishwasher outside! And there's an outside toilet and shower, which meant the kids weren't traipsing water through the house. We had a bit of an issue with the electricity going off in part of the house, and not only was it fixed within 24 hours, but the electricians actually came on a Sunday! Absolutely fantastic service. There were more than enough bathrooms for everyone, and again they had clearly been done up recently and looked lovely. The bedrooms were great, spacious and nearly all had new air con units that were very quiet. We've stopped in a few villas, but I haven't been to one so well-equipped before. There were 2 massive fridges inside, a washer and dryer, and enough glasses, cups, plates etc for us all. All in all, I really can't rate this villa highly enough. You won't regret booking it!

Perfect house for a group holiday

We visited Orihuela with 12 friends for a weekend to play golf. The owner David is extremely friendly and helpful (even went to the supermarket for us to be able to order groceries online which he would put in the fridge for us before arrival. when not possible after all he put some groceries in de fridge! The house itself has everything one needs, most rooms have ensuites, enough space, also given the large garden. All in all, can highly recommend this house

Almost all rooms are equipped with their own bathroom and air conditioning, which is very convenient when you stay with other couples or family. Also the large plot is flat and surrounded by a wall, which offers good privacy.
