About this property
Three Quarter Cottage
Welcome to Three Quarter Cottage! Nestled in Bodinnick, it's just moments from the ferry to Fowey and a short drive to Polruan. Directly opposite the cottage is a small free car park, where you'll find your own reserved space. From here, a private path winds through mature planting, leading you to the front door. Outside, a generous decking area provides plenty of seating and glorious views over the trees and river.
Step inside to a welcoming hallway that opens into a bright, open-plan living space. Unwind in the lounge, gather at the dining table, or cook up a feast in the well-equipped, spacious kitchen. The spacious deck is perfect for dining or lounging while soaking up the sweeping views of the Fowey River and the rolling countryside.
On the ground floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, both with king-size beds, and a family bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat, with a luxurious king-size bed, en-suite shower room, single sofa bed and lovely views over the river.
Bodinnick is a picturesque riverside hamlet on the east bank of the Fowey Estuary in Cornwall. It's perhaps best known for its historic ferry crossing, which runs regularly between Bodinnick and the town of Fowey just across the water. The ferry takes both cars and foot passengers, making it a convenient and scenic way to access Fowey's shops, restaurants, and harbourfront in just a few minutes.
Fowey is a vibrant harbour town full of charm, with narrow winding streets, independent shops, art galleries, and plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy. Steeped in maritime history and once home to author Daphne du Maurier, Fowey has a lively waterfront where you can watch boats come and go, take a river trip, or simply enjoy the stunning estuary views. Whether you're exploring the coastal paths, relaxing by the water, or browsing the boutiques, Fowey offers something special for everyone.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. Really suitable for 4 adults and two dogs “. Very well equipped.
Location was stunning and the terrace was a beautiful sun trap. Easy to hop on the ferry to Fowey for some great lunches and walks.

The most gorgeous home away from home.
Nestled in the perfect location for walks, pub grub, and drives to explore Cornwall. We wanted to base ourselves somewhere quiet, to relax and explore with the dog and this couldn’t have been more perfect.
Very homely, a fantastic light airy space, everything you need to base. The weather took a turn for us so as much as we enjoyed getting out and about, the house was also perfect for slow starts, dinners, relaxing. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent week’s holiday.
The house has a lovely view and big terrace with lots of seating options - something for everyone which is great. The walk down the hill to the ferry is very convenient, and coming back up was also easy. Even at night it is clearly well used by pedestrians so we felt quite safe coming back from dinner in town.
The house itself is well equipped, clean, and tidy. Good WiFi connection which is a godsend in Cornwall. Lovely stay and would highly recommend.
