BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN LUXURY BEACH RESORT FOR INCREDIBLE VALUE!

ISLAND CLUB RESORT - Everything upgraded in this Island Club Atlantis corner unit with beach and pool views. Island Club includes two tanning pools and spas with water fall cascading into adult pool area that then drops down to kids splash pool area overlooking Island Club lagoon. Tennis galore and pickle ball with a great abundance of courts and pro shop. Full basketball court, bicycle rental station, sand volleyball, playing fields, exterior grilling party area, several playgrounds, and much much more. However, the real draw is the INCREDIBLE BEACH with activities galore and large sunning deck.

UNIT 3306 - This condo is on the top floor with elevator access and plenty of luggage and hanging carts available for transporting goods. Being an end unit provides additional windows for more views and natural lighting. Walls were removed to open the renovated kitchen to the family room. The well appointed kitchen includes exotic granite counters, custom tile back splash, new slate appliances, and custom lighting. The kitchen is completed stocked with cook wear, dishes, appliances, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar area which opens onto dining area with upscale Italian chandelier and large window view of pool area. All this is open to large family room area with comfortable sitting for six from Havertys Furniture. There is a brand new 55" 4K High Definition TV with premium channels, blue ray player and discs, and games and puzzles. The wall of window slides open to a spacious 15x6 patio with views of resort and beach.

The Master Bedroom is also very spacious with updated flooring, lighting and furniture. It includes an extremely comfortable king size bed includes seaside bedding and very plush pillows. There is a charging station on both sides of the bed with reading lights and remotes to ceiling fans and TV. The master bedroom also has great views of beach and resort and has access to the patio area. It includes a large walk in closet and an incredible spa like bath with double granite vanity, porcelain tile floors, designer lighting and custom tiled enlarged glass shower. The Guest Bedroom is very large and includes a full size bed and a twin bed. The bedroom includes a large closet, TV, and new furnishings and bedding. The Guest Bath is beautifully renovated with custom vanity with granite counter, designer lighting, porcelain flooring, and beautifully tiled bath area. Towels, washcloths, paper products, and soap and all included for both baths.

The unit also includes washer and dryer, coffee center, and is professionally decorated with an eclectic coastal theme. The resort is gated and on the beach. No roads to cross or busy car or pedestrian traffic, just walk right out to the beach or one of the many great amenities. Island Club is a great location away from the crazy traffic of the south side of the island but surrounded by some of the best restaurants, shopping, event locations, and in the middle of the island wide bike trails/network. So with bicycles rentals located on site (adult size only), you and your family can easily ride the bike trails around the island and see all the sites, have lunch, goofy golf, or whatever you wish to do. ONE VEHICLE ONLY for parking

Wonderful stay for a long weekend for our family of two adults and two toddlers. This property had everything we needed and enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. Nice stay in a great community

My wife and two small daughters stayed her for four nights over the July 4th weekend and it was a perfect spot. The kids enjoyed the little pool and that the smart TV could access Disney. I loved the short walk to the beach, which is beautifully maintained and I appreciated that the condo had plenty of cooking utensils so we could cook breakfast each morning. We will be looking for this to be open when we come back to Hilton Head Island next year.

We are from just South of Atlanta, GA and simply love to vacation on Hilton Head Island. Scott is Realtor and graduated from Mississippi State while Patti takes care of everything including managing our VRBO accounts and graduated from Georgia Tech! Our son, Austin, is an honor student at University of Georgia while our talented daughter, Madison, is planning to attend Appalachian State next year.
We loved working on this home and shopping for all new items. We have other rental properties but this is our favorite vacation rental and we really did not let the budget get in our way during the renovations and decorating. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and we really want to make sure your visit is a memorable and very enjoyable experience!

Why they chose this property

We have a couple of vacation units at the Spa at Port Royal Sound which is a wildlife area and great for clamming and picking mussels but not so much for water sports. So we wanted to get a unit along the best beach ideal for water sports and other beach activities. Also, we increased our budget because we wanted a special place for our own family to go that was really nice and with a lot to do in a great location. So we searched the island for over a year to find exactly what we wanted. We knew we wanted Island Club because of its location, beach, and resort like setting and activities. At that point we just needed to find the best unit.
Condition was not an issue because we were planning on completely gutting whatever we bought in order to make it the best in the complex. What was important to us was the view and location. Unit 3306 is ideal for us because it is an end unit which provides more windows, natural lighting, and views. Also being in the Atlantis building, we have the best building location in the complex near the amenities and on the beach. Located on the third floor gives us the views we wanted with no one above us. Also we have a slightly larger patio/deck than the other units which allows us to really enjoy that outdoor space. We really believe this is the best unit in the entire complex and hope you and your family enjoy it as much as us.

What makes this property unique

Attention to every detail is very important to us. For example, all the other units have the noisy washer and dryer in the kitchen next to the refrigerator. We had it moved to an unused hall closet, purchased a quieter model, and added solid core doors to ensure your peace and tranquility is not interrupted by washer noise. We also opened the kitchen up to the family room and added a large exotic stone granite eating bar. We had a great time finding very custom art work that not only with the style of the condo; but also, added to the luxury beach feel. We went with high end furnishings, the best mattresses, large heavy towels and linens, 4K high def TVs, and so much more to enhance your comfort.
We can help but get happy when we visit. Island Club is such a fun and inviting resort and our condo is so light and comfortable and really sets you in the vacation mood. Having coffee or wine on the deck is so nice, you will really fall in love with Hilton Head. It is an experience we wish for all our special guests to enjoy as well and we wish you all the very best.
