The Kings Barns is located within Seton Sands Holiday Village, a popular seaside resort on Scotland’s beautiful East Lothian coast. This caravan is one of few on the site that have a ramp for wheelchair access.

There is a master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite, two smaller bedrooms each with two single beds and a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge.

You will be located in Seton Sands Holiday park, which is a high quality holiday resort with plenty of activities and well maintained surroundings. Free WIFI, Free Parking, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and provided bed linen comes as standard.

Getting here and away
With our location at Seton Sands Holiday Park (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF) families will find both car and public transport access super easy. If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away — ideal if you’re coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.

- A travel cot is made available upon request only.

- Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.
