Berkley Cottage in Coggeshall, Essex sleeps four guests in four bedrooms.

Berkley Cottage consists of a kitchen with a gas Range-style cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor rooms a king and twin - this can be a zip link Super-King on request (note: this will reduce the space in this room and the twin room is located off the kitchen) , serviced by a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin. Outside, there is an enclosed rear top garden with lawn, pond, brook, and views, the bottom of the garden is not enclosed. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Fuel, power, and starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is a pond in the garden; children and pets must be supervised at all times. Berkley Cottage is a charming base for exploring Coggeshall and the surrounding Essex countryside. There is a good housekeeping bond of GBP 450. Please request the highchair, travel cot and stairgate on booking. Lazy spa hot tub on request.

Please note that pets are to stay downstairs and out of the carpet areas a stairgate is provided. Coming soon a new Jack-and-Jill shower room with basin and WC.
