Braeburn is a single storey house and consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and airfryer, a dining room with seating for six guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, sun house and shed with tumble dryer, and off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles, a pub and beach in 0.6 miles, and a river in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Braeburn is a lovely base for exploring Northumberland.
