Dear Annie, thank you again for your reservation. Just to clarify; on your last day the boiler pressure dropped and the hot water was stopped. The boiler Vaillant is new 2025, I'm sorry for the inconvenience; if I had contact me, I would have come to check on you immediately
All the best

The host Alessandro made everything easy and the apartment itself was perfect, just as described. Central and walkable location with lots of great restaurants. We’d return any day!
My daughters & I had a nice stay here. Apartment was very good for the 3 of us. On the go & lots to do, so the location is very good. I have stayed on this street before & love the neighborhood restaurants, too.
We enjoyed staying in the beating heart of Rome.Everything was easy to reach on foot. So many food choices, too. The apartment was quite comfortable and relaxing.

Fantastic location and the host was very nice too. The main room is nice.
Great location. We felt very safe even walking back at midnight from a soccer match. Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite sandwiches was just across the street La Salumeria. Easy check in and out. Great host communication! Highly recommend.
This apartment was perfect for my family of 3 (me, my wife, teenaged son). The location was ideal: a short walk to the Vatican (the Castel Sant’Angelo is literally at the end of the block) and also to the Pantheon and other sights, but it is a little separate from the tourist crush. We loved wandering the narrow cobblestoned streets around the house and discovered lots a cool boutiques, restaurants and wine bars within walking distance. (Giulio Passami L’Olio around the corner was particularly nice for a glass of wine.) Alessandro was a lovely host and made sure we had everything we needed (and even gave us some advice on how to get to the Lazio match). He booked us a taxi to the airport when we left to make sure we had a stress free departure. I look forward to recommending this as a place to stay when my friends ask for travel recommendations for Rome in the future. We had such a lovely stay!
We have just returned from a short stay at Alessandro's beautiful apartment. The property is perfectly located at a comfortable walking distance for all must see attractions in central Rome, and only a few minutes' stroll from Castel Sant'Angelo. We found everything we needed for a few nights away, and Alessandro was extremely helpful and easily contactable for any questions we had.Thank you Alessandro.. a fantastic apartment and a fantastic host. Grazie di cuore!
Lovely historical apartment in great location! Close to many attractions. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars overall is because it did not have air conditioning. With Rome being so hot in the summer, we did not have the best sleeps during our stay. Everything else was great. Would highly recommend during cooler seasons.
Alessandro was very kind and the apartment was very quaint, but with summer heat and no air conditioning, we couldn’t do it. There’s a reason Rome mandates hotels to have air conditioning May-Oct and this was an oversight on my part. We had to leave after one night and book a hotel.
Alessandro was an excellent host - he helped us find certain stores, arranged a taxi to the airport, great central location. Nicely renovated. This was good find.
We love this part of Rome and appreciated that this was at the quieter end of the street.
Our host was very responsive and the guidebook was very helpful.
It isn’t a large place but it looks just like the photos and was spotless. We would definitely stay here again but probably best for a very small group.

Very friendly, respectful of rules, clean, they left the apartment exactly has they found it. This is the kind of guests that you hope to have when accepting a reservation, and it really has been a pleasure to host them. I'd be delighted to welcome back anytime
Really good location for a city bolt hole. Everything within a maximum of a pleasant 25 minute walk. Host organised our airport transfer which was good. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great weekend.
