Open the door to an open-plan living space with comfortable seating arranged around a Swedish wood burner, creating a cosy atmosphere on chillier days. The kitchen area has everything you need to comfortably prepare home-cooked meals with ease, which you can serve up at the dining table. There is also a family shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, are two bedrooms; a king-size, and a double with an en-suite bathroom offering a stunning roll-top bath. Step outside and cross the shared courtyard to find your own private walled garden, surrounded by nature and drenched in the warm Suffolk sunshine – the perfect spot for al fresco dining.


Stroll along Southwold's main street boasting plenty of individual shops and eateries. Within half a mile is a beautiful, sandy beach, backed by a row of pastel-coloured beach huts. The iconic pier is the same distance, with a range of restaurants and traditional attractions. Explore further and take a journey to the quay where you can sample freshly caught seafood and try your hand at crabbing, or venture to Walberswick on the rowing boat ferry.
