From the kitchen, French doors open out to a private glass-fronted balcony with stunning views of the harbour. Also on this level, you’ll find a twin bedroom, shower room and a separate cloakroom. Descend to the lower level to find two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one kingsize which boasts two french doors leading out to a private courtyard - the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The courtyard is fully furnished, making it an ideal spot for outdoor meals or just soaking up the Cornish sunshine. One of the unique features of this property is its private dock, which offers an incredible opportunity for boating enthusiasts to keep their craft nearby. Falmouth is holiday destination popular for its stunning beaches, beautiful gardens, and rich maritime history. Enjoy a range of activities, such as boat trips to explore the River Fal, a visit to the National Maritime Museum, or a stroll through the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah (5.5 miles) and Glendurgan (5 miles).
