2nd floor apartment in 48 unit direct oceanfront condo with balcony and living rooms views of ocean. Remodeled full kitchen, full laundry and two parking spots including enclosed garage. Well supplied condo. 50x40x30 heated pool. 1 month minimum rental. Located 1/2 way between Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach Pier. High Speed internet two high def tvs, and security system.

Beautiful 2nd floor overlook of dunes and ocean from living room and bedroom with sliding glass doors to good sized covered balcony. Spacious open kitchen/counter space, cherry cabinets, 2 bathrooms with walk in shower/bathroom (6 inch step) off master bedroom, and full bath/shower in hallway. Good closet space.

Recent upgrades include new leather couches in Living Room (Fall 2020)

we really liked the place I would not hesitate renting it again beautiful view of the ocean especially when there is a full moon if you chose to cook it has everything you need this is just a great location Kathy and ken s penna

We enjoy walking on the beach, the beautiful views of the ocean, swimming and cooking,. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices.

Why they chose this property

This property as our second home to be close to family, and enjoy trips from our Gainesville FL home when the property is not rented. Quiet, friendly, well-run condo complex of 48 units. Lots of retired or semi-retired folks.

What makes this property unique

The property is located 1/2 way between the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Port. Its close enough to everything to be convenient, but the location is relatively quiet, pristine and serene. It has a large pool great for swimming, and has a gated parking area.
