THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Rent a vehicle — the access road is paved but hillside-style. A 4WD or SUV is strongly recommended; most guests pick one up at the airport or in Road Town before heading up.

Multi-level villa — The Treehouse is built across several levels with stairs throughout. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

You're in nature here — tree frogs sing at night, geckos dart across the walls, and tropical birds call from the canopy. We think they're part of the magic.

Water conservation — fresh water on Tortola is precious. We ask guests to be thoughtful with usage during their stay.

Quiet residential estate — Green Bank Estate is a private, peaceful community. The Treehouse is perfect for relaxation — not parties or loud gatherings.
