Langunnett Cottage is a beautifully appointed holiday home quietly tucked away on the edge of the charming coastal town of Looe, peacefully nestled on a wooded hillside with sweeping estuary and countryside views. Stylish yet cosy, it sleeps five and features three en-suite bedrooms, a balcony, spacious patio and private parking.The name Langunnett means "house in the woods," a fitting description for this peaceful retreat.
On the ground floor, the sitting room features comfortable seating and double doors opening directly onto the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space. You'll find a Smart television, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Wii console and games. An archway leads to the dining area, which has a table and seating for six, and a further set of patio doors opening onto the outdoor dining and barbecue area. There is also a bookcase with books and board games. A short flight of stairs leads to the first floor, where you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Langunnett Cottage offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The large master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite with a bath and a separate shower. French doors lead directly onto the balcony, offering stunning views over the countryside, woodland and the Looe River. The second double bedroom also benefits from balcony access and has a modern en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The third bedroom, has a 4ft bed sleeping one person and a modern en-suite shower room.
Outside, the cottage boasts a spacious private patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and evening drinks while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The balcony provides breathtaking views across the Looe Estuary, rolling countryside and woodland. Langunnett Cottage offers easy access to sandy beaches, coastal walks, fishing harbours, local shops and excellent restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Cornwall,

Parking for one car in designated parking space in a private car park within the grounds. There is additional visitor parking available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, the car park is a 1 minute walk to the cottage.
