Guests benefit from one off-road parking space located to the side of the house and a gated shingled area to the rear.
The hosts at Tower Street welcome one well-behaved dog.
This truly is a delightful cottage where any guest would be happy to stay.
Tower Street is situated in the very centre of Emsworth which is a lovely village right on the Hampshire/Sussex boarder. From the house you can walk to the shore within moments and around The Mill Pond. The village itself is fantastic and packed with local independent shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants and pubs. If you want a real treat book yourself a table at Fat Olives, the food is out of this world! For a fabulous Sunday lunch or more casual dining the Kings Arms is within walking distance too. Kayak hire is available from the marina and there a seal watching tours, by boat, from Hayling Island.
For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Emsworth. For something a little different you can hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina.
Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Emsworth making Tower Street the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
