I couldn't get in touch with them at all. I asked a question early in August and didn't get a response until September. I originally paid with my amex card, only to find out that they don't take amev until the week we were going and at that time they asked me to text my credit card info to them. The second bathroom is basically a water closet. You were literally in the shower area when at the sink and the toilet. I will say I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance.

Mi dispiace che ci siano stati problemi di comunicazione, evidentemente non ha ricevuto il messaggio di conferma prenotazione che inviamo in automatico. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento noi preleviamo i soldi della prenotazione una settimana prima dell' arrivo, questo per permettere agli ospiti (fino a quella data) di cancellare senza penalità. Solo allora ci siamo accorti che aveva dato un Amex (non accettata dal nostro sistema)e per questo le abbiamo chiesto di darci una nuova carta. Spero comunque che abbia passato un piacevole soggiorno e spero di poterla ospitare nuovamente
