Here you will make beautiful holiday memories.
This new house boasts 3 bedrooms, a large living room-kitchen, a garage, and a large terrace on a forested and fenced ground. The villa is located 1 km away from the village centre, in a quiet place, on a 2000 sq.m fenced ground.
All the furniture is new, comfortable, modern, and quality.
The swimming pool is exclusively for guests.
The owners, who are farmers, will be happy to tell you about interesting spots and local markets.
In a very touristic but peaceful area, in the heart of a holm oak wood, you will enjoy the 8x4 m gated pool.
The villa boasts:
- 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with corner bath
- 1 shower room

The house is suitable for 2 families (8 persons.)
With its cabin in the woods, its swings, its sand pit, and its bowling green, everything was made for children and family.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région, de nombreux sentiers pour cyclistes et promeneurs.Environnement calme.Quelques petites choses à revoir au niveau de l’équipement général. La terrasse ombragée pour déjeuner est très agréable et vient compenser celle de la piscine peu pratique.Jardin idéal pour les toutous.Accueil très sympathique.

Entspannung, Genuss und Sport

Wir sind als Hundebesitzer und aktive Menschen eher skeptisch an die Ardèche gefahren und haben uns deshalb dieses Haus abseits des Trubels und mit eingezäuntem Garten ausgesucht. Wir waren zu zweit, von daher hatten wir sehr viel Platz. Das Haus ist entzückend eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten durchgehend Hitze und haben die inzwischen (anders als auf den Fotos) mittels Weinranken beschattete Terrasse voll genießen können. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, inkl. "deutsche Kaffeemaschine", scharfer Messer, genug Geschirr und Kochutensilien, um auch abseits der vielen guten Restaurants Frankreichs zu Hause kochen zu können, um so die tollen Lebensmittel von den umliegenden Märkten verarbeiten zu können. Wer dies nicht will, kann in beiden Restaurants Orgnac L'aven sehr gut und preiswert essen.Wir haben in zwei Wochen diverse Wanderungen und noch mehr Fahrradtouren gemacht. Auch mit Fahrradanhänger für den Hund gut machbar (auf manchen Strecken konnte er sogar nebenher laufen, was sehr schön ist). Die Via Ardéche ist ein muss für Radfahrer. Wir haben so alle sehenswerten Städte und Dörfer der Umgebung erkunden können. Teils direkt von der Unterkunft, teils sind wir mit dem Auto max. eine Stunde gefahren, um von dort Rundtouren zu starten. Zu Hause haben wir dann den Pool genossen. Christel und ihr Mann sind sehr nett, haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und waren immer schnell direkte Ansprechpartner. Danke hierfür! Und den Rest erledigte das Internet.

Gezellig huisje met leuk zwembad

Bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen in de Cellier te Orgnac, dit was zeer handig want het huisje is niet makkelijk te vinden. Bij aankomst ontvingen we een goede duidelijk uitleg omtrent de bezienswaardigheden, wandelingen en marktjes in de buurt. Alsook een goede rondleiding door het huis werd gegeven. Door bliksem inslag waren er enkele problemen met het internet en gesprongen lampen, het internet werd opgelost door een 4G Link welke goed werkte. Het huisje was groot genoeg voor ons 3 maar voor 8 zou ik het niet aanraden, enkel als het gebruikt wordt om te slapen. Het zwembad daarentegen was ruim genoeg. Wel 10 meter lang! Ook mooi gereinigd, enkel het afdekken met zeil was niet zo handig. Deze was verduurd waardoor het afbrokkelde in het zwembad, hierdoor werd dit niet gebruikt en was het water in de ochtend wel redelijk fris.. 1 min puntje: de keuken was niet goed gereinigd en plakte nog hier en daar, de apparaten zoals koffiezet, waterkoker waren verouderd. De oven en kookplaat waren wel goed, na even uitzoeken hoe deze werkten. Ik vond de keuken persoonlijk ook niet volledig en onhandig maar eens meer op restaurant kon geen kwaad zeker? :) Al bij al een positieve ervaring (buiten de muggen ;) )de uitbaters zijn zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Nous ne connaissions pas la région et nous avons passé un super séjour. C'est une très belle région, Orgnac est idéalement situé, à proximité du département du Gard, vallée de l'Ardèche et de la Cèze, les grottes, vallon Pont D'Arc, le musée de la lavande, le festival Aluna... La location est en retrait de la route, au calme, très propre et fonctionnelle, la piscine bien orientée et surtout des propriétaires très sympa et serviable. On recommande !

Alles aanwezig, fijn zwembad. Zeer aardige verhuurster. Volledig afgescheiden, dus geschikt om hond mee te nemen. Voor kleine hondjes wel extra rekjes nodig voor de spijlen in de toegangspoort. Maar ook die zijn aanwezig. Mooi weer, fijne omgeving. We hebben genoten.

Superbe semaine !

Maison très agréable à vivre. Tout y est pour y passer un bon séjour : aménagement très fonctionnel, grande terrasse, belle piscine , calme et tranquillité. La maison est située à 5 minutes du centre du village avec une petite supérette, une boulangerie. La région est magnifique : L'Aven est à 3 minutes, Vallon Pont d'Arc à 20 minutes, Barjac à 10 minutes. Notre semaine est passée trop vite .
