Apartment classified 4 stars by the Tourist Office, located in a small condominium in the city center, 3-room apartment (94 m2), completely renovated in early 2014. It has a capacity of 4 beds. Facing east / west it benefits from permanent sunshine. Located on the 3rd floor out of 4 (elevator), it is located by the Royal Canal and also has an unobstructed and breathtaking view of Mont St Clair. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, robot, etc.). The living room has 3 spaces: the living room furnished with 2 sofas, the dining area and the reading area. The 2 bedrooms, located in the back, are equipped with 2 140 cm beds. The bathroom is very spacious and has a very practical bathtub-shower. The 2 toilets are independent. It has 2 balconies on the living room side overlooking the canal and an 11m2 terrace at the back. The rental includes a box of 2 cars.
Other comfort elements: air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, stereo, television (DVD player), library, wifi connection. In the end this apartment will be an excellent base for visiting Sète and its surroundings. It has rare advantages for the city center: location by the Royal Canal, east-west orientation, large area, terrace, elevator and garage

We love coming to stay here

We love Sete and have been coming for the last 14 years. We stayed at this apartment for the last two and absolutely love the house. Perfectly located, spacious, cool, amazing view of “les Joutes” We hope to be able to come again next year!

Well appointed apartment right in the heart of town, overlooking the canal. Helpful concierge and easy check in/out. Everything was perfect for a week’s stay in Sete, what a wonderful town. Highly recommended, well priced, spacious accommodation

Fabulous location

We had an amazing week, great view of the jousting, the noise level got a bit crazy because of the festival. The apartment is right in the center of everything, beautifully decorated, lovely space.

Great apartment with fantastic canal views - including marine jousting in the summer! Central location ideal for restaurants, plus a supermarket just across the bridge. The two bedrooms are at the back, away from the canal, and are very quiet. Lovely big living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Grand appartement confortable avec vue sur les quais. Bien équipé et très tranquille, l’appartement est situé à quelques minutes des Halles. Très bon accueil de la part du service de conciergerie, leur représentant était en avance (ce qui est très apprécié) il nous a guidé pour le stationnement, relativement facile si on est attentif, et nous a tout expliqué en ce qui concerne la location. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

De advertentie maakt waar wat we tijdens ons verblijf hebben ervaren

De tot nu toe beschreven recensies geven weer wat wij ook hebben ervaren. Daar hoeven we niets meer aan toe te voegen. We kwamen met de trein en werden bij aankomst door een vriendelijke medewerker van de conciergerie allerhartelijkst ontvangen. We genoten onder andere van de bootspelen in het kanaal voor ons appartement gedurende drie avonden maar dat gaf ook wel wat overlast aan geluid. Al met al hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in Sete.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit phänomenaler Aussicht in bester Lage. Wer alledings das Appartment auch aufgrund des angebotenen Parkplatzes gebucht hat wird enttäuscht sein. Denn direkt vor der Garage befindet sich noch ein Parkplatz - und wenn der besetzt ist kann die Garage nicht mehr verlassen werden bzw. überhaupt nicht genutzt werden, es sei denn man fährt einen Fiat 500 (Bilder sind vorhanden). Hier hat FeWo-direkt mangelhaft kontrolliert. Wir haben die Hälfte der Zeit in einer Tiefgarage in der Nähe geparkt - was natürlich Geld kostet. Und das hätten wir gerne von FeWo-direkt zurück!!!!

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Appartement très bien placé, très fonctionnel et spacieux. Chambres calmes. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces extrêmement appréciable. Tout est prévu. Seul bémol : le ménage n'a pas été correctement fait puisque la terrasse et les balcons étaient très sales et la table et chaises extérieures également. De plus, accès au garage difficile puisque nécessitant de demander à chaque fois une autorisation à la borne d'appel (hormis un seul jour).

Le nécessaire a été fait auprès de l’entreprise de ménage. Par ailleurs l’accès au tronçon de quai où se situe l’appartement est contrôlé. Il est évidemment possible pour les résidents d’y accéder. Actuellement il faut demander l’ouverture. Les nouvelles procédures sont en cours. L’accès se fera alors automatiquement. La mairie est le décideur : les propriétaires ne peuvent maîtriser cet aspect.

Perfect stay

We rented this lovely flat which over looks the main canal in Sète. It’s spacious, beautifully located, comfortable with working airco. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment a so it’s super quiet at night. The flat is well equipped with all mod coms. We had some contact with the concierge making the customer care excellent and the guys working there were brilliant and super friendly too. We will be happy to book again for next year. Until then, enjoy your stay 😃

Great location and views

We enjoyed our stay in Sete at this apartment and should have stayed longer than our 5 nights. We would highly recommend staying here. The place was excellent and the support that Claude-Olivier provided was outstanding, especially the evening sail he arranged for us to celebrate our anniversary. The location of the apartment is perfect, convienent to all that Sete has to offer!

If you want to stay in the center of it all this place is a 10+! It is roomy and tastefully decorated and has an amazing view right on the canal. If you are staying in Sete, stay here!

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Canal

Super zentral gelegene und doch ruhige und großzügige sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Canal und den Mont Clair! Wir würden Sie definitiv weiterempfehlen! Nachteil: Einparken in der Garage allerdings eine sehr große Herausforderung, es ist eine Doppelgarage aber für Fahrzeuge hintereinander. Die Betten sind nur 140 breit in beiden Schlafzimmern auch wenn Platz für größere Betten wäre, schade.
