The accommodation is spacious and functional, with a bright living room where you can relax or share moments in a group, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for long stays and to feel at home.



It has 4 bedchambers bedrooms and 3 3 rooms complete bathrooms, with the capacity capacity to comcomfortably accommodate to 8 people..



Outside, the house features a terrace with a barbecue and a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying good weather.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2€ per person per night of stay. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen is provided, a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the rest of the neighbours must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.
