With 200 m² spacious and bright, this property offers 4 bedrooms with 1.50 x 2 m beds, guaranteeing rest and comfort. It is located in a gated community with a security barrier, ideal for families with children and for those who value tranquillity. The owner personally receives guests at the entrance to facilitate access and hands over the barrier remote control.



The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an individual gas boiler, ensuring comfort throughout the year. It has 600 Mb fibre optic internet, perfect for teleworking or streaming, and 2 Smart TVs for entertainment.



In the exterior, you will be able to enjoy a private garden, a 40 m² terrace, a gas barbecue and a private swimming pool, as well as access to an additional communal pool within the urbanisation. Parking is very convenient, as you can park right at the door of the property within the enclosed area.



The independent kitchen, equipped with induction, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, is designed for long stays or group getaways. It also has a fireplace, washing machine, balcony, cot and high chair upon request.
