The villa combines functionality and style, with four well-equipped bedrooms ensuring restful nights, while the bright, open living and dining area creates an inviting space for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals effortlessly during their stay.



The outdoor area is designed for genuine holiday enjoyment. A private swimming pool and hot tub offer the ideal backdrop for relaxation, while a grill and covered lounge area invite long, cosy evenings outdoors. Table tennis, table football and a trampoline provide additional entertainment for children and adults.



In addition to the main terrace with direct access to the pool area, this villa features a balcony positioned on the pool side of the house, offering magnificent views over the garden and pool - a perfect spot for morning coffee or a peaceful sunset moment.



Pets are welcome upon request with a surcharge of 10 EUR per pet per night, payable in cash.



The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival and amounts to 1.60 EUR per person per night.
