We had a great time at this property. It was just what we needed. The only thing we would have changed was having stairs onto the pad getting out of the water. A wonderful stay. Great host and responsive.

The house was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. They even had a hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. There were family games and tubes for us to use in the River. We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot on the river! We would be relaxing in our floats in the water and floaters would pass by saying they wished they had the house. Rooms are bathroom were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy place by the River

Our family enjoyed the River Roost to relax and spend time near the water. Fishing and toobing was a blast and the convenience of the place was also perfect.

The cottage was cute, but the front porch and back patio needs serious cleaning, the windows/screens filled with cobwebs, and the coffee maker had old coffee in the carafe. But the inside was clean and we enjoyed ourselves.

July 4 week

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and in working order. The location was great and nice floating in front of house, nice to have the cement platform. Loved sitting on deck in the morning listening to all of the birds, so peaceful. We will or would stay here again.
