Our residence is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, just 350 m from Pinus Village Beach and 700 m from Santa Margherita di Pula Beach.
Accessible for guests with reduced mobility, the ground-floor apartments feature a patio, a living area with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (can be separated), air conditioning (two units), and a bathroom with shower.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally; exact dates may vary based on weather/maintenance.
