Stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located just 6 minutes walk to the beach and resturants in Puerto del carmem.
the villa has a living room with 2 sofas and dining table full tv system for all your tv needs and full kitchen with large fridge freezer.
One bedroom and one bathroom is located on the downstairs floor so ideal for persons with walking disabilites and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with full bathroom.
the main bedroom upstairs has a terrace with table and chairs.
the outside there is a large dining table for the warm evenings alos a seating area to relax with a drink or 2 and thre is a large BBQ with further table and chairs.
the private pool is heated to 28 degress all year round and alos 6 sunbeds for those lazy days.
