Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.

Deadbolt didn't work (did not line up). Door to the outside on lower floor was broke and remained open (unsecured). Desk chair in room had a wheel missing and was unsafe. Floor in room needed a deep cleaning (wet bath floor towel was covered with dirt/soot). Grounds outside needs attention. It was not a good experience!
