Hunters Moon, a reverse-level cottage, consists of a first-floor open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine chiller, breakfast bar, a dining area seating four guests, and a sitting area with 55" Smart TV with cinema surround sound, Netflix, and Freeview, Bose Bluetooth speaker, balcony, and Juliet balcony. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor king-size beds, one can be a twin (zip/link) on request, and both are serviced by a ground-floor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with a patio, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, a balcony with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars, EV charging is available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Neighborhood:

A delightful and much sought-after coastal village - Charleston of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, Charlestown is the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well-known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is 6 miles away by car, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan, several stately homes and gardens and the fabulous Eden Project are all within 5 miles, with Newquay and North Cornwall coast 17 miles away.
