The property also consist of a family bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is roadside parking available, as well as a front and rear enclosed lawn garden with seating. 74 Charlestown Road is a fantastic base for a holiday to south Cornwall and the surrounding heritage coastline. Note: During UK School Holidays property only accepts bookings commencing on a Saturday. Please note: The property only accepts 7 night bookings during July and August. Please note: This property only accepts a minimum of 3 night bookings outside the months of July and August

Great property, well located, close to local bars an restaurants serving good food. Easy to travel from to visit other attractions in the area. It contained everything needed for a great comfortable stay.
