North Lakes Town House is a characterful, three-storey historic townhouse full of charm, featuring original oak beams and a warm, welcoming feel. Located right in the centre of town, it offers a comfortable and convenient base for couples, friends, or small groups.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy front room with a dining table, double sofa, and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen/dining room leads directly onto a small yard at the rear.

The first floor includes a double bedroom, a shower room, and a utility cupboard housing the washing machine. On the second floor, there’s a further double bedroom and a single bedroom with a desk area, ideal for reading or remote working. Guests have full access to the entire house.

Windows open fully and do not have child locks. There is no private parking, but nearby public car parks are detailed in the welcome pack.

Set in the heart of Penrith, often called the “gateway to the North Lakes”, this charming townhouse is perfectly placed for exploring both town and countryside. Step outside to discover a vibrant mix of independent shops, cosy cafés, traditional pubs, and well-regarded restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The beautiful Eden Valley also lies nearby, offering quieter scenery, picturesque villages, and riverside walks. With both the train station and bus stops close at hand, getting around couldn’t be easier, whether you’re arriving without a car or planning day trips further afield.
